Day 2: Energize Your Core

This practice builds steadiness and clarity by engaging your physical and energetic core. Expect mindful movements and breath that help you reconnect with your strength and boundaries.

Expect that at points, you may breathe heavily, you may sweat, and you may get tired during this class. For this reason, it is the shortest class of this series. I ultimately desire that this series consists of slow flows that help you to slow down and be present. I also say that with the awareness that generating heat in the body is beneficial for stress relief, enhancing metabolism, and getting rid of toxins.

Today’s Intention:

I move from my center. My power is steady and clear.
