Day 1: Ground & Let Go

Welcome to Day 1 of Reset & Reconnect!

This grounding practice is here to help you slow down, soften, and arrive fully in your body. We will remain close to the mat during this practice, with a minimal amount of times that the soles of your feet will actually make contact with your mat. This is a slow relaxing flow in which we’'ll focus on grounding through the lower body and releasing tension stored in the hips and spine.
