    Yoga for Detox and Digestion

    We're going to be incorporating yoga twists to help aid the body in detoxification and digestion! Yoga twists help to massage our abdominal organs and stimulate Agni, or digestive fire. The Agni in our bodies allows us to digest food efficiently and absorb essential nutrients from our food. By gently twisting your body, you encourage fresh blood flow to your digestive organs.
